1. This case study has focused on socially responsible initiatives and programs that have been directly developed from the four principles. IAG is also involved in a range of other activities that enhance their profile as a socially responsible organisation.

The class could be divided into groups with each group responsible for obtaining information regarding IAG policies and initiatives in the following areas:

• Human rights

• Employee/workplace safety

• Fraudulent behaviour

• Corporate governance
