- Managing change effectively - steps in a change management strategy

- Communication and creating a culture of change
The presentation looks at these concepts in reference to BOC's rebranding and redevelopment of its retail section, Gas & Gear (detailed in the Edition 3 case study 'Promoting Gas & Gear through effective change management'). However, the presentation could be adapted to any change process by substituting BOC information with that of another company or organisation.
The aim of the presentation is to give students an understanding of the basics of change management and a change management strategy.
